HISTORY

2010 – River Grup sets off its first real-estate project in Bistrita, by developing a block of premium class apartments;

2011 – River Grup continues its real-estate expansion by designing Riviera Luxury Apartments project in Cluj-Napoca;

2012 – River Grup starts its operations in gambling industry, by opening its first location in Bucharest, on Calea 13 September (opposite to Hotel Marriott);

2014 – River Grup expands its operation in gambling industry by opening 2 more locations in Bucharest, on B-dul Iuliu Maniu no. 67 and in Vulcan Strip Mall; Also in 2014, River Grup takes over the exclusive management of an important number of locations operated under Metropolis Roulette and Slot brand in Cluj-Napoca, Suceava, Arad and Bistrita;

2015 – River Grup launches one of its most ambitious project in gambling industry through River Bet – a national network of sport-book agencies, which in present counts over 160 agencies; On the real-estate side, in 2015, River Grup consolidates its position on the market through the acquisition of several strategic retail venues in Bistrita;

2016 – River Grup is active on the real-estate market by starting its most important project, in partnership with Iulius Group Iasi – developing 3 offices buildings with over 42.000 sqm GLA, as well as the acquisition of a property of over 2,8 ha in the center of Alba Iulia city; Also in 2016, River Grup consolidated its position as a major actor on Romanian gambling market by opening 5 new venues in Bucharest, Arad, Suceava, Iasi and Bacau, as well as launching a new direction of operations within this industry – operating over 180 slot machines with limited risk;
